Looking for a team?

Hello fellow DeathBallers,I am currently putting together a team that will play in the North American DeathBall League.The main objective of this team is to get players involved and build the team into a new clan, so here is what I am asking of potential player:
1: Be Dedicated, if you join the team make sure you follow through DeathBall is a team game and we need team players in order to play.
2: Come to Practice, I will have a dedicated server up shortly that will be able to hold practices just about any time.
3. Give me 1 season, I think with the goal of this team being to get people involved I think there may be some shuffling happening between season, so I ask that all players give me a season if you like the team great hang around for more if not and you want to check out your options that ok by me just be kind enough to let me know so I can get replacements.
4.Respect. There are a lot of bad apples in the DeathBall community that give me players a lot of crap and turn them away from DeathBall. All players should be respectful of all players since players have verying skills don't give someone a hard time just because they don't know how to do something or make a bad play try to be encouraging or if you can't don't say anything.
