That channels holds memories of DB 1.3, 1.4 and such, turning it into your own personal needs is selfish imo

first statement makes sense: it's good to have a channel.. now that the league is starting.. to have team captains resolve disputes or any other issues without the channel going apeshit.It will be a moderated channel and the only voiced users will be the team captains. The channel will mostly be used for NA teams to find scrims and set up matches.
second statement is misleading: scrims are never organized by team captains... some team captains dont even have irc

why not ask someone nicely to make a scrimbot? 
somthing like the pug bot only teams add when they're avail for a scrim or team members and when there are 5 of a clan it will display that a team has 5 for a scrim? ::shrugs::

On ETG (irc.enterthegame.com), on most channels theres a scrimbot, that asks for 1v1, 3v3. 2v2, etc.
I don't see why we can't have something like that?
