Recommend me a game

Want suggestions on a good game.
Since i don't have much time these days, i need a game that I can easily jump in/out of.
sports/Team-based is preferable
and unlike this sinking/sunk mod, there needs to be more players

I would recommend a game I call, "Ultimate". Its a bit like the touchdown maps in DeathBall, except you have a flying disc ("Frisbee") instead of a ball, and the person with the disc can't move. Plenty of players throughout the world, and its growing quite rapidly. To find out more about it, here are some links:

tried out savage a few months back... didnt do much for me
as for ultimate frisbee, i was at the uk championships in 1999 (just speccing)
but i was referring to computer games unless you mean i should throw my computer at people (which i often consider)

Play Football Manager 2005 online...Or maybe not...And you can't jump in and out either of it really...It saps your life away. So, erm, yeah.
