Well everyone vote on where you think Deathball will place in the Grand finals? Remember in the grand finals there are no categories all the mods go head to head with each other. Also if you would post your best guess of the order they might finnish.

anyway, i hope for 1st, got a gut feeling third, so second

edit: i though db was using FPS

(not sure what he means either frames per second game or first person shooter, but they both are)

I think Air Bucs is getting quite a boost from the atari camp.. wonder why..

In the non-fps, it wouldn't be asking too much for first place for Deathball. A mod that spanned two different UT platforms can't lose!

ASE doesn't show many servers for any of the competing mods. I would say it looks good for the surviving members of Team Vortex.

we are not a first person shooter.

i doubt that DB will win...

I don't think DB will take first... my vote was third because I think Red Orchestra has a damn good advantage and there's probably one other game that I haven't played that's better too. Although if there was a category for uniqueness, DB would certainly win.

anyway....sadly, i don't think deathball will win....have a WW2 shooter (insta win for some reason), a featured mod, and a highly popular (for some reason) terrorism mod

too much competition in terms of general gametype bias for db to win.....3rd place is a strong possibility, though being top 5 certainly isn't a bad thing

but i hope it's db.

My guess is Alien Swarm will come first. As much as I'd like to see DB win, chances are some of the more unoriginal mods will come before it.

wasn't happy with the new version's progress, and didn't want to enter our old version, which was slightly craptacular
