hi. im from argentina, i know what the picture is but i dont have the exact translation (or the word that is the clue). besides that, i dont understand the meaning of "the top left corner number never lies"... im lost!

i got de.. thing... and now im seeing it but i dont know what to do! i tried to put everything in the adress but nothing!
