In my opinion it is not a good level :/ It is one of them you have to know English quite good. I guessed the word correctly after 3min but in translate.google there is not a proper word, because it is a shortcut. In a result I had to spend 3 days with it...

My instinct is to find the answer relying on google, but there's no google search bar on this level... is it solvable without google?

I found 2 oddities.

1. The URL looks different from other levels, it misses something;
2. Whatever I type after the / I am asked for UN and PW, I don't know if this is correct.

I assume that I should look for a certain type of file, somehow using the level number, but all my attemps failed. Am I on the wrong way?

That means you should enter the last username and password you entered. They expire after some time.
