Is the meaning of leet particularly obscure? Nothing to do with manors, for instance? Will a knowledge of musical terminology help here?

It is leet as we see it everywhere.
And for the musical terminology, I believe hint 3 is the most important here (at least it was for me).

Do I need to identify a <possible spoilers removed> to proceed like in 47? Because I only got through 47 by <possible spoiler removed> there is. I don't know <removed>.
