well we all know its coming (i think)

20th of december, i shall be watching eurosport live to see the FA World Player Of The Year 2004 award show.

if u know about it, its only between Shevchenko, Henry and Ronaldinho

Just to let u know, Shevchenko has already won european footballer of the year award... so i guess that put henry out the question....?

I can see FIFA giving it to Ronaldinho, for obvious FIFA-Style reasons. But that is in my opinion unfair, that guy shouldnt even be in the last three. He didnt win anything this year, his football wasn't particulary successful also.

So it's between Shevchenko and Henry when it comes to players that actually deserve and between those two, Shevchenko certainly is my favorite to win it.

But, in my honest opinion, it's really unfair that Deco wasn't in the last three at least. He won the Champions League and Domestic League, was a runner-up in Euro 2004, doing remarkable exhibitions in all competitions and is now a critical piece in Barcelona's team. So, I really don't get it.

If only he played for Real Madrid...

but looking at how deco played for portugal, he wasnt the best, but he did win the champions league..

reason for ronaldinho = changed barcelona. they only get ronaldinho and barcelona is now probably the best player in the world... but not if shev has something to say

anyway, i've been more impressed with Ronaldinho this year, but i havent been watching any of Shevchenko so ... hmm

Henry had a really disapointing season opener and Euro 2004, but he'll be back next year.

cant be henry, this is the worst ive seen him in a few years, hes all but non existant for france, and hes dipped a little this season for Arsebandits.

dunno too much bout shev, dont watch much eye-tie football.

all i do know is ronaldiniho owns sky sports showboat every week.

lol, i think the main reason for shev being in the favourites cuz he scores all milans goals and i think he won us the scudetto last season.

watching him throughout the season hes bagged more class goals and he scored more than anyone in 3 years in the scudetto.

lol yeah he should be on this week to with his little angry flick against albecete, but u dont win fifa world player of the year awards for that

I chose Henry because he looks like f1end's baby
