I see a couple things happening but I don't find any clues. The one idea I had bombed.

When did you become a mod and get to make decisions on what people post in the forums?

Maybe those comments like "I solved it" should be removed... I just don't see the point of that... I solved all the previous levels, and never posted a single "solved it"... I didn't say I intend to be the mod... Sorry...

Learned something new with this one!

I go back to 57 and then to 58 and nothing happens. I don't know why, don't know if there's something I'm not seeing or if what should happen is not happening on my PC. Any hint?? Plz

Nothing wrong with your PC, try a different browser and be very attentive.

Hint 1: Were you lead the wrong way? Since I got to level 58, my first thought is No, I was not.
Hint 2: Go back to the previous level and back to 58 again. What's happening? I counted eight things were changed, maybe more.
I've been switching things around, so far without success.

Sampling rate of your eyes could be low sometimes...
