If you can't see the flashing text remember you can print screen it.

If that fails too, think of what the image is and what it could be to be easier to read.

Remember, the only two ways to advance are to click the right spot in a riddle, or to change the URL manually. I think it's obvious which action is necessary here. Don't be afraid to try out different ideas...the level will never solve itself if you stare at it!

Those bricks remind me of like, building or placing it each other, but I could like take some photos that it may look like a notpron level btw.
