Try dividing 19 hours by 30 to 120 seconds..
(30+120)/2=150/2=75
19*60=1140 minutes
1140*60=68400 seconds
Spam protection = 30 seconds
68400/(75+30)=68400/105=approx. 651 (rounded down).

I post 8.77 times per day, not 651.

It sucked.

It actually had quite a lot of potential.

If it would have ever been tweaked right and used outside the Ozzy world, the game might have gone an entirely different direction.

I can't say I really ever took the time to get used to it, but it added a lot of depth to the game and would have kept the Australian community alive for a bit longer.
