a Noob question

Hi ,
i'd like to know how can i bind some words ona button ...for example : Lol , kick my ass , wait for a fucking ass- kick boost, etc\o/
if i must write all this wards ..my teamate kick me ....from server
tnx u 4 help me .

drop the console, or press tab.
type in ' set input k teamsay boost ' this will say 'boost' when you press k.
say can be used instead of teamsay to issue a general chat message, and obviously the key can be changed too.

If i wanna set a Num pad number it's the same?

yes u can do it in your user.ini
u can find it here :
...UT2004\Deathball\System\Deathballuser.ini
then click on Edit and use the search engine
type "numpad" and search for it...
when u found it, u can do this - e.g. : Numpad7=say lmao, i did it!
