Single Player Missing Maps?

I tried playing single player but by the third map's image is just black. I originally thought that was the map since the team's name ironically was "Black". I tried playing and it just went back to the main menu. I then noticed it wasn't the image of the map, also because another team's map was black. Are there maps missing from the EXE?

single player deathball was added in in the latest version of db only i beleive. and is pretty buggy. so i wouldn't doubt it.

there is a bug about db-echo
dont select it as home map and it should work. doesnt it?

nope. the third and i think ninth maps don't work.

how can you not select echo, other teams still get echo if you dont select it any way, which explains the 3rd and 9th map error thingy
