dont know if anyone else has been having this problem but just thought id say something..
whenever the BuD server is running DB-smallcube, it will try to download eventhough i already have the map, the redirect works and its fast, but when it gets to 100% it tries to download it again, and its MUCH slower 2nd time around

BuD Servers are running the current Deathball 2.4 beta which includes new DB-Cube and DB-SmallCube maps. These 2.4 beta maps are not finalized and are not on the redirect.
The double download you get is because the redirect is pushing the official 2.3 version of the map to you, which doesn't match. Finally, the server itself begins slowly sending the beta map to you. If you want to tangle with it at all, get the beta stuff from the threads in the general forum, much quicker.
