Server issue

My clan have a server running now, but we got a problem with DB-Cube. When we try to connect to the server while this map is running, we go linkdead which means we can enter the map but the ping = 0 and we cant play the game and the server is still running.
The game is working fine when the server is running any other map.
I hope someone can help me with that.

sometimes when i join cube, as soon as i get to the server, eveyone is running into walls.
If i type reconnect in console, that sorts it out(although i may have to do it 1-2 times)
hope this is what you mean

i have that too, one reconnects helps with that

Typing reconnect in the console doesnt solve the problem
