NOW I FOUND OUT HOW TO TURN STICKY KEYS OFF FOR GOOD BUT NOW I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THESE FILTER KEYS> > MEANS PERIOD BECAUSE I CANT TYPE ONE> IM SURE I JUST HAVE TO RESTART MY COMPUTER AFTER TURNING OFF THE SHORTCUT BUT THAT IS BULLSHIT! FUCK YOU BILL GATES! FUCK YOU AND YOUR FILTER KEYS!!!!!!

Edit: I rebooted my computer and they were still on and I couldn't click here to edit the post so I put on on-screen keyboard, which took it off for some reason. What kind of a fucking retard would make something as fucking stupid as filter or sticky keys? Bill Gates should die for that.
