I think you should start something like a northern and southern european division, so that there are enough teams who can get into something like a champions league.
just think about it...

no, national divisions wouldnt make sense, cuz there arent enough teams of each country. I meant a smaller champions league with something like 12 or 16 teams. That would perhaps be more exciting for the teams. Right now there are cy, kex and TEZC who dominate the 1st european division. Dividing the leagues into north and south or something would mean that there are more teams who have got the chance to become champion and then play against the best teams of other parts of europe.

national divisions will come as soon as there are enough teams, but we are far far away from that

only germany and the usa could do that at the current state
