What happened:
I had the ball, and I was a few meters in front of the defender. There was no keeper since I was screwing around with the bots. I shot the ball at a relatively low speed, and then stopped to turn around and run back the other way because I knew it would be a goal. Instead, the defender boosted me over the ball and into the net without the ball having arrived. I decided to stay around and grab the ball as it came into the net. Keep in mind I was inside the net.
What I think happened was that the ball never crossed the line, but I received the ball because the radius touched my player. I was actually holding the ball inside of the net. I pushed my left mouse button, shot the ball, and it was a goal.
So to recap - shot, boost, cajuncook in the goal, ball goes to me inside of goal, but it isn't a goal yet. I shoot. Goal. Get that message.
Neat, eh?
I'll see if I can reproduce it and walk across the line backwards.
