"When a language is pretty used to something, it evolves more and more words for it. In example: The Escimoes have around 50 different words for snow and ice.
You need more examples?
:English has atleast 50 words for Idiot.
(Imbocile,
Idiot,
Moron,
Nitwit,
Dumbass,
Fool,
Jerk,
Jackass ...) You can see where it's going

I heard that Irish Gaelic has a lot of words for death and dying. Must have been an important pastime...
