imo it's impossible to play db with a sweeper. needs man marking on every enemy player.
sweeper just randomly runs around on the whole pitch, and the others do the work for him

But most of them either don't play a lot, or have a clan

i havent seen anyone play with a sweeper
just 1 static def and 3 offensive players.
imo 5 players arent enough to justify a sweeper for marking reasons.

I see sweeping as organizing the defence of the whole team and filling the gaps. Static man-marking requires strong abilities of the whole team. Room-coverage with a flexible sweeper is far better in my opinion and much more fun

David, in deathball, 1 static defence is probably SLANG for sweeper... of course noone sweeps, noone has ever swept.. but the last man back is still a sweeper. tbh, a game couldnt probably go nicely without a sweeper if you havent got the likes of rico playing.

id say hovering over the resest while defending when team is attacking is sweeping enough. (alsong as rico isnt playing ¬_¬)

but box defending will just happen with attackers forcing the kick.

is looking for 2 extra people so we can reach a squad of 7 in total. Think you got what it takes? Then convince me in a PM at some point in the near future.
