i once participated in the national -14 chess competition and got the 15th place !

I never learned. A friend tred to teach me not long ago, but I wasn't in the state of mind to learn and it went in one ear and out the other.
I usually lose at checkers.

im playing chess forever.
a nice twist can be found at shizmoo.com
it's called "Kung Fu Chess"...
it's in real time, you can move your "units" as fast as you want to. Just after you dropped one, you have to wait for 10 seconds until you can move this one again.
There is also a version for 4 players...very funny

i've played a few variations too, not as good as the original imo, but still fun to do. especially the 4 player variations.
