hey david, there isnt there any keyboard botton for a 3 view perspective

In the console: "input set <key> behindview 1"
when you press <key> it switches to 3rd person.
Define a button for behindview 0 would be 1st person.

But 3rd person is useless, you'll notice why.

Try "set input [key] behindview 1". [key] is the name of the key you wish to bind.

Access the console by pressing ~ (or @ on UK keyboards, don't know about any other lay-outs a part from that..)
