Strange lag issue

For some reason that "You are not ready/Waiting for people to click in" message lags me. I can deal with it, since its obviously not during gametime, but its real annoying and I have no idea why it happens. Is there anyway to just turn the message off, or stop it from spamming (blinking) since that is what seems to lag me. Thanks for any help
