Hi,
When i try to start the mod, i'll get a black screen. But i can type things into the console....
Can you tell me why ?

This is usually an installation issue. Reminds me of a previous thread:

Can you confirm that all files are installed correctly under "C:\UT2004\deathball\" (I'm assuming you installed it on the c drive)? You should have eight folders; "Animations", "Help", "Maps", "Music", "Sounds", "StaticMeshes", "System" and "Textures".
Are you using the "Play Deathball.cmd" file, found in the "deathball" folder, to start it?
You could try deleting the "deathball" folder and installing it again.
