Who knows, but I was a member of RusH for a very long time . NA scene seems a bit dead now though, except for 3v3ing =/

is UFO original 4 NA teams?

Hey, nothing wrong with some 3v3 action... fast-paced, high scoring, a video game version of lacrosse! We've been enjoying it, though I admit it very ironic that the very thing that the developers wanted to squash in Deathball (Volley Only) is the only thing still alive in North America. Irony's such a bitch!

actually i dont remember
it was us, rush, the 'Z' guys team that everyone hated, and i cant honestly remember the 4th. UFO was around for a long time so perhaps it was them.

well.. i was a huge opponent of the volley spam. it was rediculous with the speed of the volley and the quad jump.

i did just reload ut last night and the latest db, and i notice the ball speed is quite a bit slower than i remember. im always a purist and loved db cuz im a soccer nut.

Fooman disappeard for a while, came back then disappeared again. He sits on IRC being idle though, like many of the old (and new) schoolers do.

RusH, L7, NS and BuD? Not sure if BuD counted as NA though. I don't remember many of the NA teams from back then. But I do remember L7 kicking a whole load of people out for being no good, heh.

and what irc chans are you referring to. i remember something about ETG, and we all changed networks at one point but i dont remember details

Ah! How could I forget SoP? And the guy's name was Zanboo. And he allegedly hacked up a rival DB site as well . #deathball on quakenet's where euros hang out. #dbretro, #dbmixers or #db3v3 is where you'll likely find NAers. Though I don't think much apart from 3v3s are played there now :s

he tried to recruit me right after i formed my team.
i remember the hacking thing now, devnull from my team was helping with that site i believe, but it was mostly rush wasnt it.
the NA league site or something, then they started a new one somewhere else.

I think deathball center was run by 13 of SoP.

I remember when I first joined UFO and we were in the second division of the league (can you imagine that enough teams to make 2 divisions).
