Hi I have recently started playing this game and I enjoy it, it's great fun.

What I want to know is:

Will this mod be made for UT2007? I think UT2007 will be very popular and if this mod could be made for it I think it would become very popular and rightly so.

This would be a hard task though, but it is upsetting at how unpopular this game seems to be considering it is so good, but I think that's because UT2004 isn't the most popular game.

as already mentioned i guess im allowed to say that there won't be a deathball mod for ut2007, maybe deathball is finished as a standalone version until then and can be bought or played on its own =D

Aww shame, a standalone version?! Where? When?

And that would be great, will it be sold in shops? That has high promise if so.

It's a little difficult to be taken seriously when you're name is and 9 out of 10 posts are just veiled insults aimed at DavidM (actually, it's closer to 10 out of 10), but I assure there will be a deathball like first person sports mod by me. Unlike deathball, this one will suck even when you aren't pressing the button.

Has anything changed on Deathball
for UT3?..

I mean has been a long time since the last
post was made and... maybe somebody
is already modding it for UT3 ^^...

Well. I'd love to see a DB for UT3.. I mean..
I guess it's a lot of work, but since it is
something that already exists it just has
to be transported to UT3...

UT3 will be played by lots of people, unlike
UT2004 nowadays. So, if deathball
is released for UT3 a lot more people
would join in. And we could own
some noobs again o.o ... Wouldn't

A few of us NA guys are gonna be making a gametype similar to DB. Feel free to join us on Quakenet #radical

There are 2 projects actually but feel free to install irc and chat us in #radical in the quakenet server.

UT3 imo isnt that good. And it is not selling that good at all, just look at the sales in the us! I dont see any reason why there should be a port to ut3. I am even guessing that if it wouldnt be for the make something unreal contest, deathball would still be for ut2k3.
