Sorta noob looking for a team...
ive been playing db for about 2 weeks and know the game but need to get better and i want to play and practice with better people, so if anyone is willing to "adopt" me and help me grow, i would appreciate it Im just tired of being flamed and really want to get better but cant do it by myself
To be honest, the best way to improve is just keep playing the pubs. That's how most of us "l33t d34thb4llerz"
learnt the game basics. If you think you're a solid player already, get yerself onto Quakenet irc and join a pickup game via #dbpickup. There's usually a better standard of players in those games, and you'll learn fast.
Most clans are playing to win, and so probably wouldn't welcome n00bs in.
That said, if you drop by #ata.db (shameless clan pimpage
) at some point, I'd be happy to help you out with the finer points of the game.

my nick is, unsurprisinglu perhaps, plær.:A:. As for when I'm on, at the moment, it's pretty much all the time from 1500 t o 0000 (gmt). I'm heading to the horrible world know as dial-up modem in a week though
