jw, does it take forever for anyone else's maps to load after installing 1.7?? i duno if it's DB or my computer, but after i installed 1.7 my maps take foreeeeever to load

must be all the new features loading cause i load lowcube as fast as i used to load cube

Did you notice if it affected any other gametypes? because i went to play some BR, and it seemed like it was sooo long for the maps to load

DB doesn't affect BR. or any other game type... (except maybe tennis)

Too used to the short DB loading times, it takes a LOT longer to load other gametypes' maps, purely because they're more complex

well, last night, i downloaded that ninja rope mutator (very cool btw

) and started up my server, and noticed that all the loading times were about the same as before :-/... must've been something wrong w/ my computer, duno. thx for the replies ppl

a regular mute on my server now

i duno if incorporating it in a socceresque game would give it very good gameplay, but who knows... we need some more creative mods anyway :p
