do i just suck, or does right clicking in tennis not work?

whenever i try to do it, the ball goes really weak, no matter how much or little i charge it up

I haven't even had a chance to play tennis yet.
I want access to an AUSSIE server, but there is none.

geddon had one up yesterday, was quite good

whats with right click?

seems you cannot alt fire off a serve for some reason. it works fine otherwise.
why was this decision made?

probably to stop 2nd fire whores

you cannot power up and alt "hit" the ball off a serv though sometimes being buggy you can, but what alt fire does is charge your gun so when you let go hitting the ball coming at you its hit with more power, like a smash shot.

while you power up your movement is slowed down and cannot dodge.

but it doesn t work! It ALWAYS got less power than the normal shot!

alt fire is used to perform a charge up shot, a charge up shot impeeds your movement but if used rightly can be almost unreturnable.

the decision was made that it cant be used until the ball bounces AFTER serv because it is possible, although very hard, to return a serv with a fully powered charge shot every time, very unfair.

It's not buggy, it works perfectly. Ill have DBL1 running tennis tonight, around 5GMT onwards until 10GMT or maybe even slightely later, anyone wishing to know how to use the alt fire effectively should spectate or play. Ill set spectator slots to 20.

got to power up for more then around a second to get more power, if you rush then the downfall is a weaker shot

If you start to charge up at a serve BEFORE the ball crosses the net, the charge up is very weak, but if you start charging up AFTER the ball crosses net, it charges up normally. Made this to prevent smash-at-serve whoring... Also notice the cross thru the charge bar. If it's visible your charge up will be very weak, if not, it will be normal...

then why don't u make it so the serve has to bounce, like in normal tennis?

then you could enable alt fire for returns.
