Level 8 - What is wrong?

I started this game some time ago and as I could not play until the end on the same pc I wrote down the passwords and usernames in a noteboo.
It turns out that now the password and level 8 user don't work. The tips lead the same way. what could be wrong? Could it be the server? I really wish I could play again until the end. Help me.
