sometime before ut2004 is released, as it contains the netcode fix which allows '04 clients to play on '03 servers.

i dont understand this suspicious about patch release date.
after 2225 was released he had a new patch almost every 2 weeks or summat :p
epic were in a patching spree, so this shouldnt be released in 2009
