This idea primarily for NA DB. We need new players, NA DB is dying...and dying fast. Today atleast 5 good players left. 2 from my clan (<3 KR and Bags) Without some new players in the NA scene, I wouldn't be surprised if DB was all but dead in 3 months tops. Got this idea on irc today....

Basically going into servers for other game types / mods of ut2k3 and giving DB info like [url]http://www.deathball.net,[/url] irc.progameplayer.com, #ballers, #dbpug etc.

Still don't like the idea of doing free advertising for DavidM , but this may be the only way to get new players quickly. If anyone wants to help, I think making binds with DB info would be the best way.

Ya we were making a list of the clans that have died in DB, and it got rather extensive.


As well as the list of players who have left

All NA teams, we weren't counting euro or aussie teams

the current lists are clans: 33 and players (that we remember): 105

how about taking out those stupid spam pictures from the cube maps and replacing it with soft porn pics

guess why NA Players quit ... i could think of a surge problem here or its just about v3 acting like they do on quake net :p

When have we come into qnet recently and spammed? If you would open you 'bedroom door', and go into pgpn.net, you would see we barely spam if all. We shouldn't be blamed for most of these people quitting, their interest is gone. This mod is fun for a while, it would last more longer if the community itself was more friendly. But ultimately, people have lifes that they have to tend to, and Deathball doesn't become a task no more so they let it go. Most of us in the NA grow up and get a life, we are not centered around a average mod.
