hmmm im in cY.
about some months people call us lame for several reasons like broomsticks , boostgoals etc. i dont completely agree with our playstyle and i keep saying that every match. but i feel nice in cY and therefore im staying. But we just had a friendly vs D@MN and we scored a goal, tbh it was bad defending from D@MN and Gobby and horus left, now i pm'ed horus to ask wtf was going on. and he kept saying i was lame....

now this is very dumb since im a sweeper in cY and absolutely do not participate in so called "laming", but horus thought otherwise, he said i was lame for staying in cY.

ego!

you = your team

but it doesnt matter, it can be defended (not while its being executed, but it can be prevented that you get in a situation to do it) and gobby + horus were pretty f*kn lame there

RaGe|DB wrote: TEZC - cY war was going on, and i kinda refused to do the lame boosttrick, cY lost that day but i seemed to be liked \o/ . Anyway i just wanna say IM NOT LAME and plz, dont call me that way

Heh I dont care that much about my reputation here. And I dont see that this tactic is lame. I was kinda angry on that day cause u told me on irc about it but its just a game.. Playing is fun but winning is much more fun and if any1 says I'm lame while my team is on a winningspree I just dont care.
If I feel that this tactic is really lame I might think about using this tactic in the future but all I see are people calling it lame because they cant defend it.

Had the same situation in a 2on2. Our opponent was using n00bcannon (yes its still possible) and they scored a lot with it. I thought it was lame (but wasnt saying it) until we found a way to defend it.

i remenber that match, was one of the last in season 1, TEZC-D vs cY, RaGe didn't boost his teammates to avoid boosttricks, and then, all cY argue @ him :lol:

Rage did the right thing if he thougth it was wrong to broomsticks. But then theres another point. How is it lame if no team has an advantage or disavtange for it. Just a thought. But Rage you're not lame end of story :)
