Perfect Solution to Own Goalers

Add a option to enable/disable own goals, so it would be just like volley only, ball would reset to center or something.

it doesn't work because you can just score an own goal, disconnect, reconnect, score an own goal, disconnect, reco....

you get the idea.
this system will only work once stat caching has been implemented.

i like your idea CorDawg and if it is implemented (fat chance :p) i'd hope most unadminned pubs (that'll be all of them then :p) turn it on.

also depends on how stat catching works.. if it solely by username, you couls still avoid the 2 self-goal rule.

Also, having the reset would prevent that stupid keeper selfgoal bug that happens when he catches the ball right on the goal volume.

no, 1.9 caches all your stats, so when you reconnect you get your owngoals back

other day cenotaph got kicked off 1234 server for scoring 2 owngoals, 1st he was trying to save and just vollied it into corner instead of away , 2nd he passed back to keeper and keeper moved out of way! he didnt deserve to b kicked, but now hes banned from 1234.

that rule needs to b amended

Next map = rejoin.

anything that son my PC can be removed from my PC. A simple .txt or .ini takes what? 3 seconds?

The only way you could really do it would be by using the unique IDs from UT2003... thats stats code or whatever.

Not ppl who deserve it (alltho majority is often a good judge), but ppl who are unwanted by the majority, which could be due to a lot of reasons..
Some of those causing a player to get kicked w/o (valid) reason, also note that the majority can be 2 or 3 players in a 2on2 which (with the 3 of them) dislike some player for whatever reason, thus kicking them in a lame but unfortunately valid way..

most people dont use or pay attention to vote addons, twigsters server has it and when we wanted to vote kick someone only 3-4 peole max ina 10 player game voted.After a kick they could easily rejoin anyway
