Annoying Spam sound

I don't know if you get this in euro but a couple ppl in NA have this bind that is multipile lines and makes a loud "bing" sound... it is annoying as all hell.
Is there anything you could put into 1.9 to make this impossible?
Btw anyone who does this on the UFO server in a pug with me in it will get one warning, then a kick... and then if you do it again i will ban you from ufo. Which would really suck becuase a shit load of pugs are done on ufo. It annoys the fuck out of me and there is no reason for it. kthx

yea the sound sux, but isn't it the normal ut2k3 code?
i duno if it woks in 1.8 (i didn't spent much time in db the last weeks
) but in 1.7 you cound spam flood the server so it caused laggs. just shoot the ball right at the goal and spamm down the server - for players it was like 0.1 fps but on the server the game went on as normal - goal ...
dunno why this happend but i just remember the annoying spam sound which was played a lot of times per sec.

already on the to do list, an addition to the spam filter. when you type more than 1 line in 0.1 s its considered as spam.
I know the loud biiing you mean, I also played against V3
