Team Communication & Spectators

The idea is to basically allow specs to send messages that can only be read by one team...

This would allow team 'managers' to perhaps give specific instructions and discuss tactics with their team.:p

Make it have a differenty colour .o/ coz every1 thinks it's just regular spec say coz of it being yellow (which gets u confused).
And add an option for the team to somehow reply ò_Ó

different color is on todo list for ages, jero said it would be so much work to change it

i would make spectator teams, like light red and light blue and normal
then you could use a bind called specialtalk or something and the playing team could use it too so there could be interaction

EDIT: also teamsay of the playing team could be read by the spectator of the appropriate color could be read
