Yeh, since db is only 5v5 you don't really have a midfield. It's either an extra attacker that gets back a bit more often than others, or an extra defender.

That'd be quite a funky idea for a map... on an airfield with planes and stuff (probably fenced into an area). Or a DB map on a desert island so the ball travels out to sea (if you go too far out you drown or smth.)
