Sprint Fix mutator

Very quick hack for DB 1.9 - just run the mutator with the gametype, prevents jumping when sprinting. I can't remember how DB 1.8 sprinting worked exactly but if you wanted it differently i can probably hack that too - changes will be added to 1.9 code for the next DB release but this should do for now (It _should_ be serverside, so only the servers need run it, i think).

It's not actually ... perfect.

Jumping 'seems' to reduce the sprint meter.. but as soon as you then sprint, it magically becomes full instantly again.

Jumping without ball, the sprint meter goes down - but you still have a full sprint available.

Jumping with ball, the sprint meter goes down... but instantly fills back up... so you don't really lose any.

Ta but.. more work needed.
