Volly only mutator?

is it possible for someone to make a "vollys only" mutator, along with a vote on / off button? i'm getting annoyed with going onto servers, and everyone but a few n00bs playing volly only..
With a mutator, if goals arnt vollys, either the keeper gets the ball, or it gets reset if there are no keepers and announces on join etc..
would make manys deathball experiance better

Bazzi: actually, thats what made me ask.. i just came from playing some "5on5 SmallCube Volleh Onleh madness (tm)" where we had lamers just dropping it into the net..

hmm, while we are at it, make a "Spam Preventor" mutator.. ppl on the server spamming crap like "OMFG" and "N00B" and stuff is getting annoying

for the record there is a volley only mutator but it doesnt work online. its called Death Volley if you can find it.

too late, its called SmallCube Sunday and its on the RusH server EVERY sunday. Any variation would be a ripoff *glare*

yes - RUSH does a lot for the cummunity - they even test custom maps and play it on ther server (well an CowTemple too :p)
i'd like to have a better ping too

nothing special, plain db, only added a check if ball was volleyed before any scoring related stuff is called. for fun i also added a gametype where the ball must be carried in net o//
(volleying/catching in goal won't help as to how ut volumes work...)
didn't test it but should work online and offline

when we first got our serv i set it to volley only small cube all the time, but they wouldnt leave it alone.
i think i started the idea of volley only smallcube.
i also got the posts round.
and gave the curve and sprint ideas. as well as a crap load more.
all about 2 days after db 1.0 came out
