Server?

Hi guys.

I have a question. I want to start a UT2003 (DB) Game on a Server. But i've only the FTP Access. Is it possible to start a game?
And how?

1. Install ut2k3 and db on the server
2. Configure the ini (default game, configure webadmin access etc.)
3. Restart ftp

Only works if it's a real server.. I hope he doesnt mean webspace o_o

Won't do a lick of good unless you can execute the server binary.. FTP alone won't cut it
