Help Me :!!!!!!

Lets keep this short
other games i got 40-50 ping
Ut2003 i got 400-500 ping
sometimes it goes to 5000!!!!
i even reinstalled it and yes i clicked dynamic speed on and off and changed it to cable/adsl, this just wont work, can anyone help me PLZ? i heard someone say it could have summit to do with my drivers, HELP!!!

i had to open the ports for ut2 on my router with a firewall
