Ok can I PM someone i have figured out the title and the map part but for the love of god I cannot figure out what the background has got to do with anything.

Do I need to be that precise with de location of the pins? I'm finding difficult to do that cause of the low res pic

Can I PM someone about this one? I've been going through the past levels quite quickly, but this one is a serious roadblock for me.

OK, I have this idea about the relationship between the pins and the title that I love too much to put aside.
The problem is that I was unable to make any sense out of it. So I need someone to PM and tell me if I am on to something or not.
