Some like my goals. Some don't. This is how it will always be. I have not seen a compelling argument as how my goals negatively effect the game. Without a good reason to change them, I am not likely to do so.
If anyone tries, please address the difference in goals in the two most popular league maps and why this is acceptable. Also tell me which of these goals I should be using for my maps and why.

As always, I do consider peoples feedback. I have visited this issue several times. As I wrote the above post, I had all three of the different goals in the editor. I do listen to peoples comments and I will keep thinking on the matter.

The current goals you have are fine the way they are. If you just had plain goals, it would take away from the feel of the map.

i've played a few small maps with the hex goals - I love em. as it is unreal 2003 has a future feel to it. the hex style goal itsself flows with the game feel.
Deathball needs some change, these cube maps are boring the shit outa me. I rarely see anything new happening in a game.
3 cheers for not conforming to the typical map style! your the linux to deathballs microsoft now! haha
we only need another league that plays non-standard maps to compete with now
