I've been stuck with this one for quite some time...can I PM somebody?

Well, I usually just go over the hints that are already there in the forum & figure out the solution, but this one got me stumped. I think I have found a possible direction to go on, but can I PM someone my idea just to know whether its the correct one or not?

It's said somewehere in this thread that all the exact locations of the pins are important but most of them seem to be placed pretty randomly in the middle of nowhere. Anybody can help me via PM?
