like i dont have any idea of where i should go

(sorry for my bad english)

I found the link between the title and the pins, but can't, for the love of God, find something relating the object on the background and the map. First time posting here, cause I've been on this level far too long.

I have been stuck in this level for the past days, and it's driving me crazy. I think I figured out the map, and I got two possible answers, both of them possibly related to the object in the background, but nothing is working. is the title related to the answer itself, or only with the process of reaching it?

Do I have to discard any of the 19 pins? I have different ways of getting one letter per pin, but can't make anything out of them. (And I have an idea of getting 19-1 letters, but there's a key part missing for that to work.)
