I'm stuck on this level for days.. I don't know what else I can think on this level.. Can any mod help me, please? Then I can explain what I'm thinking.

I got the background, but I really don't know what to do with it, don't even have a clue about how it is related to the countries marked by pins.
The only thing that makes sense to me is the title, but I don't know how to apply it to the background image or the pins, or the countries name.

Nevermind. I friend of mine helped me get past this level.

I've been stuck on this level for weeks with no considerable progress. I've tried looking at it from many different perspectives and using several methods to reaching a possible answer. Can someone help nudge me in the right direction?

After having solved it (last year), I need to give a tip that in retrospect should be obvious: if you're trying to obtain information and it gets ambiguous and hard to tell, that information is too specific. I went down lots of rabbit holes like that in this level.
