I don't think there is a way of getting round the gameservers rules, but nice try anyways
They do offer a public server option but it costs 100 euros extra ..... per month
so that would be why they would object to people renting the cheaper ones using it as a public server.
I'm still not entirely sure there is a problem anyways. If you use the filter to hide all passworded servers then there is still a healthy amount of servers left you can jump on. The main problem is that most seem empty half the time and there isn't a whole lot you can do about that

yes f1end, it doesn't usually take long to fill a pub...
I often join an empty server and mess about for a few minutes, then ask the next couple of people who join to shoot at me... (hours of fun! - although not hours, usually when there are at least 2 people on a server, it fills up even quicker, so before long a match has started...)
